Main tasks
- Responsible for spare parts availability inquiries and back order parts management (HALO required parts)
- Management and support of software issues for spare parts
- Corresponding with suppliers for spare parts supply and its lead time/price
- Ensure of procurement process of back order parts, which directly delivered from supplier
- Support of inbound process incl. goods receipt
- Spare parts identification including supplier communication
- Support of identifying possibility of parts repair
- Support of creating material master data
- Collaboration for various projects
- Special tasks at manager´s disposition
- Ensure of procedure to obtain necessary parts certificates at the stage of purchasing/goods receipt
Qualifikation
- Logistics and/or technical education and working experience
- Up to 3 years professional experience in supply chain management and service maintenance
- Expertise in the Rail industry and locomotive technology (Spare parts)
- Good knowledge and experience of Material management module/Sales distribution modules in ERP system and MS Office
- Good skills in handling of loco spare part catalogue and technical documentation
- Excellent skill communicating with suppliers and service coordinator
- English and German in written and spoken. Any other European language will be considered as an advantage
